On June 14, 2024, at approximately 11:46 AM, a Kokko tree measuring about 50 feet in height and 10 feet in circumference fell due to soft soil after the heavy raining in the compound of the Mahawizaya monastery, Mingalar Taungnyunt Township, Patheinnyunt (9) road, Patheinnyunt ward, Yangon region. Upon receiving the report, firefighters and auxiliary firefighters from the Mingala Taungnyunt Township Fire Station, along with one fire truck, were dispatched to the scene for clearance operations. The operations were completed at 14 30 PM. It was confirmed that there were no injuries or property damage resulting from this incident.
