According to the weather forecast of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, low pressure area is located continuously in southeast part of the Bay of Bengal and south part of Kappali Sea. Low Pressure Aera may be stronger and  it will occur into a Depression within 18 hours. On 10.5.2023, it is known that it will change into Cyclonic Storm and according to the Director General U Myat Thu, Myanmar Fire Services Department's guidance,fire services personnel from fire stations in Rakhin State are planning for readiness and preparing for carrying out Search and Rescue Activities when the Cyclonic Storm will occur.
