On 4th May 2023, at about 06 10, a house fire broke out at (20x20) single storey building owned by U Aung Min Htway at above-mentioned location. The fire started from the mosquito coil put near the bed. According to the report, at about 06 15, the fire was extinguished by a total of 21 firefighters with 1 fire engines and 3 water bowsers from Myikyinar local Fire Station and 5 Auxiliary fire members using 3200 gallons of water. At about 06 28, the fire was completely out. Due to the fire, (20x20) single storey building was destroyed and the owner U Aung Min Htway was opened the file in accordance with 285, Pa (56/2023) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by Myikyinar local Police Station.
