On 3.7.2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, information was received that debris and water hyacinths were drifting and clogging beneath the 900-foot bridge over the Nankuang Creek in Kamaing Town, Hpakant Township, Kachin State. Fire services personnel and auxiliary bridge  from the Kamaing Area Fire Station, in collaboration with relevant organizations, carried out cleanup operations to ensure smooth water flow. The operations were successfully completed at around 5:00 PM.
