On 9 February 2026, at about 1:00 PM, firefighters from the Mawlamyinegyun Township Fire Station conducted an inspection of the fire safety equipment installed at The Bridge Private School located in Ward No. (3), Mawlamyinegyun, Ayeyarwady Region. They also provided explanations and demonstrations to the teachers on how to use fire extinguishers and firefighting equipment in the event of an emergency fire, and gave necessary instructions where required.
